F-82 Building in Turkey
Mustafa Baler is building his F-82 in Istanbul, Turkey and writes:Ian,
It has been quite a long time since I wrote to you, but I believe we have
made good progress in the meantime. We have taken our time to try out the
materials and techniques in order to achieve quality results. We vacuum
bagged all the panels, float and hull sides and we are very satisfied with
